A new relationship must start somewhere and if you’re reading this page you’d like to know the next step to begin your software development project

Step 1 - Contact us or request a call back. On this call we will have a short discussion about your software project. We will outline your software goals, top level requirements and information we need to gather to get a full understanding of your system requirements.

Step 2 - If you have a requirements document or any documents that may help us understand your needs then you should email them to Software Development. If you do not have a requirements document then we will write the document and email it to you.

Step 3 - If you are happy we have covered all your software requirements, then we will quote you for the development of the system. If the quote is to your satisfaction will arrange an onsite meeting with one of our business analysts to flesh out the application requirements even further.

Step 4 - We will produce the final requirements document that you must sign off on. The development and coding of the software application system will start at this stage. As development proceeds the application requirements may change, as you may have just thought of extra features you require. Don’t worry, on each project we allow for 20% Free development so there are no extra costs even if your requirements change.

Development Plan

Once the project has been confirmed we will gather the team who will work on your software project. A project manager will be assigned who will be your main point of contact for the duration of this project. He or she will produce a development plan outlining key project milestones, dates, quality reviews, and deliverables.
